Remote Legal Intake Associates
Our award-winning firm is looking for experienced Intake Specialists who are driven to connect with and capture new clients for our services. If you are someone who has strong interpersonal skills, a background in sales, or are money motivated then Intake Services, Inc. is the company for you! We are looking for true closer's , natural conversationalists that have the gift of gab and aren't afraid to give verbal commands. If you have sales acumen and prior intake or customer services experience this position could be for you!
Intake Specialists are resposnbile for the fulfilling the following tasks:

Initial communication with client's interested in working with our affiliated law firms

Using Active Listening to better understand a potential client's situation and asking the proper questions to properly vet the potential client against our affiliated law firms criteria

Walking potential client through sign up process using online document signing services

Providing clear instruction and information about what happens after the initial sign up
